Do NOT go on an Atkins diet.It's not healthy to lose 20 pounds in two weeks you're only supposed to1.5-2 pounds a week. Dr. Atkins died fat of a heart attack you ll lose a lot of weight and gain it back twice as much.You don't want that do you? If i was you I'd just eat some more fruits and vegetables. Cut the sugar a little bit and if you're just looking to lose fat than just do some cardio and you'll lose the fat. You can do cardio every day it's healthy.
