I am feeling tightness in the chest..?

dont know if im overreacting , but i have had this excrutiating toothache, am going for a root c in about 10 hours(but i cant sleep due to the paiin) WELL ANYWAYS I WENT TO MEXICO AND BOUGHT THIS PAIN MED CALLED SUPRODOL and the girl told me to take every 8 hours well it wasnt working and out of desperation i took every 3 hours. The pain isnt going away with anything so i bought some advil, tylenol x strenghth and then i couldnt staaaaand the pain so i rushed to western dental, they didnt do crap for me all they did was prescribe some vicodin so i took that and i took some more tylenol on top of that. its 2:15 am and im just feeling wierd, i hope i dont overdose, now im taking the tylenol every 4 hours (thats what it says on the bottle) do u think im going to overdose from all the medications today?or would it already have happened. ohh yea and my face is sooo swollen , my eyes n stuff. :( i feel miserable
