Why do Call of Duty montages all play the same cheesy hard rock/metal?

Every now and then i watch a Call of Duty montage on Youtube, and it seems that every single video has the same type of cheesy, overly dramatic metal/rock music. Do the twenty-year old white guys who play CoD love this music? And how come it seems that nobody ever just plays a song from a band we've actually heard of, like Bon Jovi or at least Metallica?
