Snowboard bindings help?

im buying a new set up this year and im not sure what i exactly need. i got a k2 parkstar 2011 length 154 cm (wide) and i wear a size 12 boot. i would just like to know what size bindings i need and what bindings you recommend. i was looking into getting cinch bindings but im not sure. also what are the bindings called that you strap in but they only have one strap. thanks.
