Can I take advil while taking claritin? Please help!?

I took a Claritin around 5pm yesterday (it's 4am now) because I thought I was having allergy issues, but it turned out to be a fever and I have a severe headache and cant sleep. Advil liqui-gels usually work just fine but I am wary about mixing meds. Is it safe to take advil too? (says claritin lasts 24 hours)
