Can you tell me what sort of scientific experiment is this?

1 Effect of temperature on growth of mould on bread. 2.As above. 3.That mould grows better at a certain temperature. 4.They are grouped into 3's to randomise sampling, (uming the bread not having a common source) 5.To prevent contamination. Further thought: I would not recommend leaving bread in a sealed flask @ 90C for 4 days, bit of a fire risk surely.
