i'm 19 yrs old, 5 ft 6 & i weigh 110kgs, i kno th@'s alot & i h8 my body & i think my life sucks bcoz of hw overweight i am. Bt i wanna mek a change now and am planning on startng a diet. I wana lose 50kgs by th end of this yr & hopfully i'll lose the 1st 10 kgs in the next two weeks. What am scared of is getting loose skin. With my age & if i lose th 1st 10kgs in 2weeks & then the rest @ a much slower rate, will it work out for me? I've made a commitment and i really hope to make a change. Kind & sincere answers will b greatly appreciated.
