Girls, if she says "maybe later:)"...... ?

I'm high schooler and I like this girl. We had a date but the second time I texted her to go with me somewhere but she gave me the "maybe later :)" answer. I told her I would call her sometime but I think she isn't interested (one reason is she seldom texted or called me). This was like a week ago. I could move on, but what would happen if I didn't call this girl until winter break ended and just went back to school? Should I text her sometime?
