Does Yahoo! Finance offer an internet payment service?

I have an individual that appears to be selling a tractor as a scam. He said I needed to pay a Yahoo! Finance agent and sent me a Yahoo! Finance transaction agreement that has several typos in it. The instructions are to open a Yahoo account and send a Western Union payment to this Yahoo! Finance agent, not the seller. I will then have 3 days to inspect the tractor after it is shipped to me. This appears to be a scam, correct?
