ANYONE...is it wrong to date someone who is getting off probation for you!?

well my bf is on probation bc he sprayed the ip teacher at our school wit the fire stigisher(i cant spell) and so now hes on probation bc he went to juvie for it! and my best friend said that i should break up with him because hes bad but just because he did one bad thing doesnt mean anything rite? i am in love wit him.. i know u might say were to young to know wat love is but me and him love each other for like eternity and hes my life .. geez were only freshman in highschool and we know we are going to marry each other<3 is this bad????...
