If you've ever gotten a bad haircut at a salon?

Please don't punish yourself over this incident. It happens to a lot of us and if we aren't highly ertive people, we do what you did and kick ourselves afterward. First, have you had your child's haircut fixed? Do this and make yourself feel better. Now, the next time this happens (if it does), ask to see the salon's manager. She or he should be willing to have the bad cut fixed because they want your return business and good will. If there isn't a manager, see if there is a top stylist there and see if you can get some satisfaction. If all these fail, pay the bill but leave no tip-you can get arrested for non-payment for services if you don't pay. (Can you believe that?) Don't return and make sure you don't recommend the salon to anyone! If you still feel bad, see if you can write a letter to the salon's owner and ask for your money back.
