How Do Celebrities Party Without BodyGuards?

When they go to highly populated area when alot of rich and famous dont live they do have bodygaurds. But when going around beverly hills and the hot spots of LA, NY, and other such cities they are a dime a dozen. Alot of people are desnsitized to them in these areas. Im sure some people still come up to them, but its not that bad.
