Does anyone know any good eyeliners?

anyone know any good ones that dont smudge throughout the day and are easy to sharpen?or comes with a sharpener?i dont like waterproof makeup or the ones that twist up so you dont have to sharpen it, incase anyone needed to know.i have dark brown eyes, so what color brown should i use?dark, medium, or light?
