Congestion in a one month old?

my one month old son sounds really congested and i was wondering if there is anything that i can give him to treat it i will be calling his doctor in the morning to ask but wanted some suggestions as wat to give him in the mean time it doesnt interrupt his sleeping but when he is sleeping it is loud breathing and i notice it when i get him up from when he wakes up it sounds like he is snorting and has a cold but he has no runny nose or cough
