20 year old guy and still a virgin :( ?

Okay first off i'm not the least bit religious so no "save it till ur married" answers, besides why would one save it till marriage and end up only ever having with one person never finding out what else (possibly better) is out there. I do know it's not the end of the world and 'i'm still young and the world is my oyster' blaablaa but still this really gets me down cause i feel like there's something wrong with me that i can't quite put my finger on. Rationally thinking i'm fairly attractive guy to say the least, i'd dare to say intelligent, outgoing etc. Do buncha sports, go out clubbing more than healthy etc. I have a lot of friends both male & female but i just never seem to hit it off with a girl more than friend -level :( So what tips would you give me and also what do girls think about a guy thats 20 and still a virgin?
